A heated swimming pool and tennis courts (hard and soft surfaced) and fitness center are also part of the amenities afforded members. Memberships are restricted and available to members in the following classifications:  Golf et al, Sports Club, and Social.

Kenmure offers a variety of wooded homesites that have streams, creeks or long range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. All homesites have underground utilities, city water, natural gas and cable television.
