Profile: After twenty years of strong, solid business and corporate experience as a sales professional, I joined the Keller Williams Realty Professionals’ team as a Realtor here in Asheville, North Carolina in February 2000, and have since become a Licensed Broker.
My past experience has given me the opportunity to fine tune my techniques in creative marketing, selling, customer service, and listening skills which enable me to truly understand your needs regarding the Asheville Real Estate market; a quality of business conduct that often seems to have been forgotten in today’s fast-paced, highly automated society.
Philosophy: There is a great difference between finding a "home" or settling just for a "house." Matching a customer needs with that special home takes care and a special brand of listening, skill, translation, extrapolation, imagination, and realtor perseverance and integrity.
Knowing what is really important to that customer not only means recognizing and matching the physical attributes of the house and the neighborhood they may want but also caring to realize their priorities in life, what makes them happy, secure, and comfortable and where they picture themselves 5-10 years down the road.
